Dr. April Seifert knows that better use of data will lead to better decision making, but the key is to present information in ways that speak to everyday consumers, and not to just data geeks. Since receiving her Ph.D. in Social Psychology, April has spent her career using measurement and analytics to inform decision-making from both the payer and the employer perspectives. April has led the analytical teams at HealthCare.com, and Target Corporation. She also served part of her career as Lead Healthcare Analyst at Medica Health Plans.

Fact: April is a certified open water SCUBA diver, and a licensed skydiver.
